How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?
Just call 416-929-1599 within 1 week (5 business days) of booking and tell our solutions executive where you found the lower price. We will either justify our price or match theirs. Either way you will benefit.
Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
1. Best Price Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you find a verifiable lower price within 1 week of booking with Acend, we will credit or refund to you the difference. In addition, we will give you gift card worth 10% of your investment good on a future booking of an Acend. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
2. Notifying Expedia of a Claim. You must contact us at within 1 week (5 business days) after your booking to make a claim under the Best Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our solutions executives.
3. Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact matches, for example, specific courseware for 5060: Implementing Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, including courseware, assessments and other learning aids.
4. Comparison Rates Must Be Verifiable. For example, Acend needs to be able to either verify or have proof of purchase (invoice or official quote) with the learning institution. The rate must be quoted and booked in CDN dollars (and without reference to currency converters).
5. Verification of Claims. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Acend. Acend will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Acend personnel. Nor will Acend verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive a credit to the payment method used for the booking, within approximately 7-10 days of verification. Limit: one (1) redemption per entire booking, and three (3) redemptions per customer per calendar month (regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer). Each gift card is valid for one (1) year from month of issuance.
6. Changes. Acend reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any gift card that has already been issued to you. The failure by Acend to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
