Leading a multifunctional team across strategic clinical trial product development, engineering, business development, GTM and tech to develop a flagship AI clinical trial platform to increase trial participation rates across the world, using real world data.

Responsibilities :

Outcome

Took a multi-million pound business case that had been stalled for over 5 years and brought this back to life with a test and learn based approach.  Leading the team through ideation, design and execution of the innovation sprint, which resulted in the business understanding that they could achieve 80% of the original desired outcomes with only a spend of around $200,000 (down from a projected $5 million).  This unlocked potential revenues in the region of $7.5 million.
