Ross has worked across both inbound and outbound sales, building a strong understanding of how to create demand, run commercial conversations, and help brands access growth funding.

Before Acend, he worked at Wayflyer, one of Ireland’s fastest growing unicorns, supporting funding conversations with consumer brands and working across both sides of the sales process.

He also founded and ran a food subscription company that distributed across Ireland and Northern Ireland, managing a team of six while growing and operating the business day to day.
